TCM / Transmission Control Module Repair

Harsh shifting, stuck in limp mode, no communication with the TCM — we replace the failed solenoid drivers and processor circuits so your original adapts and tuning stay intact.

TCM failures look like transmission problems but almost always trace back to blown solenoid driver ICs or cracked solder joints on high-current circuits inside the control module. Replacing the transmission won't fix it.

We rebuild the TCM at component level and bench-test against a transmission simulator on every solenoid channel before it ships back. Adapt values and shift tuning are preserved.

FAQ

Will I lose my adapt values after the repair?

No. Because we return the original module, adapts and learned shift behavior are preserved.

Does the TCM need to be programmed after repair?

No programming needed. Bolt it back on, clear any old codes, and drive.
