Packing instructions
- 01
Include your order number
Print and place your order confirmation inside the box. Without it we can't match your module to your purchase.
- 02
Drain all fluids (ABS / TCM)
Hydraulic modules must be completely drained and the ports plugged or taped over. We reject leaking units.
- 03
Wrap in anti-static material
Use anti-static bags or aluminum foil to protect the PCB during transit.
- 04
Pad generously
Use bubble wrap or foam on all six sides. The module should not move inside the box.
- 05
Use a sturdy box
Double-walled cardboard is best. Don't ship in padded envelopes — even small modules need a rigid box.
- 06
Add tracking & insurance
We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service. We are not responsible for carrier damage or loss in transit.
What to include in the box
From your TMW Repairs email confirmation.
No harnesses, brackets or accessories unless requested.
A short note with symptoms and codes helps us diagnose faster.
Include one if you'd like us to use your carrier account.

This is how your repaired module comes back — boxed, padded, ready to install.
What happens after we receive it
You'll receive an email at each stage. Most repairs are back on your doorstep within a week of you shipping out.
Backed by our 1-year warranty
If your repair fails within 1 year of installation, we'll re-repair or replace it free of charge. Questions before you ship?
