Radio & Navigation Repair

Stuck on the logo, no sound, dead touchscreen, or SAFE-mode lockout — we repair the original head unit and keep your coding intact.

Most factory radios fail in one of three ways: the audio amplifier IC dies and you keep the screen but lose all sound, the BGA processor solders out and the unit boot-loops on the logo, or the touchscreen digitizer fails. A dealer replacement requires VIN coding, a component-protection unlock, and lost personalization.

We repair the original unit at component level so all coding, presets, and pairings stay with the car. No dealer visit, no security code, no programming.

Common symptoms

  • Radio stuck on the boot logo
  • Screen works but no sound from any source
  • Bluetooth pairs but no audio plays
  • "SAFE" or "1000" lockout that won't accept the code
  • Constant reboots every few minutes
  • Black screen with backlight on
  • Dead or unresponsive touchscreen

FAQ

Will I need a new SAFE code after the repair?

No. We repair the original unit, so the existing security code and component-protection pairing remain valid.

Do I need dealer coding after re-installing?

No coding required — the original VIN data is preserved on the unit.
