ABS Module Repair

Component-level rebuilds for ABS, EBCM, VSA, and DSC modules. Keep your original VIN — no dealer coding required.

When your ABS, traction control, and brake warning lights come on at the same time, the modulator's electronic control unit has usually failed internally — not the wheel sensors, not the brake switch, not the pump. A scan tool can read the codes but can't fix them.

We repair the control unit at component level: failed driver ICs are replaced, cracked solder joints are reflowed, and every valve channel is bench-tested under simulated load before the unit ships back. Your original VIN, original calibration, and original hydraulic block all stay with the car.

Common symptoms

  • ABS, traction-control, and brake lights all on together
  • Speedometer drops to zero or reads erratically
  • Cruise control disabled or kicks out at random
  • Hill-start assist or stability control disabled
  • Scan tool can't communicate with the ABS / VSA module
  • Pedal pulsation or hard pedal at low speed

FAQ

Will I need to bleed the brakes after the repair?

No. You only ship the control unit (the top portion), not the hydraulic block. The brake hydraulic circuit is never opened, so no bleeding is required.

Does the repair require dealer coding or programming?

No. Because it's the same physical unit returned to you, all VIN data, calibrations, and personalization stay intact. Bolt it back on, cycle the key, and the lights go out.

How long does it take?

Most ABS modules ship back within 24–48 hours of arrival at our facility, plus return transit time.

What's the warranty?

Every ABS module repair carries a 1-year warranty. If anything we repaired fails, we cover the re-repair and return shipping.
