Modern Tesla, Porsche, Lamborghini and Audi models use a lithium low-voltage battery with its own battery management system. After a collision, airbag deployment or deep discharge, that system can lock the battery off, so the car won't wake or start even though the cells are healthy.
We clear the lockout, check and balance the cells and load-test the battery before shipping your same battery back. This is a repair service: you send us your battery, we don't sell one.
