• No prepaid label is provided — shipping to us is your responsibility

⏱ Turnaround Time

We repair most modules within 1–3 business days of receiving them.

🚚 Return Shipping

• We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking
• Tracking info will be emailed
• Return shipping is included in your service fee

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for lost packages due to shipping carrier issues. We'll help file claims if needed.
